Average & Transport Damage
Professional assessment, evaluation and documentation of average and transport damage – fast, neutral and court-proof. We determine the cause, course and extent of the damage.
What we do
We record the damage where it happened: cargo, vehicle, transhipment point. We document condition, securing equipment, packaging, load unit and everything that evidences the sequence of events – from lashing strap to temperature recorder. The traces show whether the damage occurred during loading, in transit or while unloading.
What you get
A report that evidences cause, sequence and extent rather than asserting them: photographs, measurements, reference to the applicable rules and a traceable derivation. It is built to withstand judicial scrutiny – and to let the other side check the arithmetic.
How long it takes
On-site inspection in the Hochfranken region usually the same day, at night and at weekends where needed. The report follows within a few working days for a typical scope.
What it costs
By hourly rate (€ 160 net, € 140 for insurance claims) plus travel at € 0.91 per kilometre. Night surcharges from 6 pm. We give you the likely cost beforehand.
